Leagues House Rules
In
the umpire’s judgment, a player injured during
the game will not be penalized
with an out in his spot in the batting order
Mercy Rule:
20 run differential after 4 innings – Game ends. 12 run
deferential anytime after 5 innings – Game ends.
No
batting practice or infield practice prior to game.
Tie-breakers
will be decided 1st by – head to head, and then run
differential based on the final score.
No
grace period for game starts.
If
games are not completed in a timely fashion a time limit will be
implemented.
NO
PARKING!!!
in front of bar and NO PARKING!!!
on East side of Restaurant & next to the neighbor…
Anyone
who brings in alcohol to the ball park will be asked to leave immediately,
and will have
criminal charges brought against them.
All teams are required to be at the ballpark 15 minutes prior to game start, switch lineups w/ opponents,
and start game ASAP.
Home
team is responsible for recording first and last names of players
from both teams on the line up card, the score of the game, umpires
signature, and leave w/ the girls in concession stand every game.
The
10:00 game will start, even if it’s late, play until 11:00, and suspend
game. The game will resume on first
rain date.
Women
& Co-ed House Rules
Women-
A maximum of 8 runs can be
scored each at bat.
7th
inning only, a team can score unlimited runs, or until the mercy rule is
reached.
Coed-
Game may start with a minimum of 8 players. (4 men - 4 women, or more
women than men).
a)
No outs will be recorded at the 9th and 10th
spots in the batting order.
b)
Player
must play in a minimum of 3 regular season games in order to participate
in the post season.
c)
Please
use the dumpster or garbage cans provided for you to dispose of dirty
diapers!
Both-
3 homeruns (over the fence) per team, per game, and any homerun after 3
will be recorded as an out.
Men’s
House Rules
1.
Home run rule is 3 and 1 up.- This means a team can hit 3
homeruns and can not hit another, w/out recording an out, until the
opponent hits 3 also. Once both teams hit 3 each, any team can hit 1
homerun (w/out recording an out) and this allows the other team the
opportunity to hit 1(or 2 to go “1 up”). Any team has the can stay
“1 up” throughout the game.
2.
A player on the active roster must play a minimum of 5 games, to participate
in post season play.
